Simon is an organisational game changer. With 35 years of global experience, he excels in crafting and implementing innovative people and culture strategies. His expertise spans executive talent and development, succession planning, learning and development, performance management, talent acquisition, HR processes and policy, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as HR transformation and technology enablement across 5 continents.

 

Simon's illustrious career includes serving in pivotal roles such as Director of Talent, Culture & Future Capabilities, as well as EVP of Talent, Equity & Inclusion. Throughout his journey, he has been at the forefront of leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies, while also spearheading professional and organisational development teams. Simon's expertise extends beyond corporate realms, as he has provided consultancy and forged partnerships within the marketing industry, offering invaluable insights on talent, culture, the future of work, and DEIB initiatives.

  

Over the years, Simon has helped design more connected organisations, enabling leaders, professionals, and human capital practitioners to thrive in an ever-connected world. Simon believes in applying research and tools to help organisations build capability through learning, performance, talent optimisation, innovation and agility.

 

Simon sits on the Advisory Boards of HR.com, Cannes Can: Diversity Collective, and Made of Millions. MADE Academy focused on mental health awareness and education in the marketing industry. Simon is also an Advisory Council Member on the Fashion Institute of Technology Foundation, Social Justice Collaborative. Simon sat on the Board of the International Girls Academy and is co-founder of the Talent Equity Alliance.
