Libby is an approachable coach, facilitator, and mentor, who brings her extensive business experience, determined strength, and empathy to help leaders discover their agency. Libby believes in supporting professionals to transform their outlooks and help them realise their aspirations. The quality of Libby’s approach is amplified by her senior level experience in complex business models, working with challenging stakeholders.

 

With 25 years’ business experience across the corporate world in roles which have included operating at board level as Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Leadership level as Head of People Performance and Culture, Libby works with clients to identify their challenges and opportunities and coaches them to find their best course forward.

 

Libby has worked locally in New Zealand and globally in the UK, across multiple sectors including financial services, entertainment, accounting, and legal. Among the list of notable companies she has worked with include Accenture, DLA Piper, KPMG NZ, TVNZ, Skycity Entertainment Group, Barclays Bank, and the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

 

An Otago University graduate of Law and Commerce, Libby believes in lifelong learning and has also completed Executive Education at the University of Auckland, as General Manager of Strategic Human Resource Management. She holds an International Coaching Community certification in Team and 1:1 Coaching. Libby and her fiancé have a bi-lingual blended family with three teenagers, a cat called George and dog called Tilly. In her ‘spare time’ Libby finds herself being personal driver to the teenagers, and regardless of what feels like endless ferrying about town, George and Tilly appear to prefer her company the most. She knows this is only a phase..
