Strategic, curious and a perpetual change-seeker, Saada has enjoyed a successful, multi-faceted corporate career. Over 24 years in senior roles at premier companies such as Euroclear, Hewlett-Packard, Colgate-Palmolive and Comvita has seen Saada’s career span diverse global geographies. She has designed and led complex international transformation programs and has been a key contributor to numerous business turnarounds.
Saada has exceptional commercial acumen and is an experienced design thinker. She applies these superpowers to product development, consumer experiences through to organisational development and employee engagement resulting in tangible returns for the enterprise.
This human-centric approach allows her to quickly gain trust and develop strong working relationships with the CEO and enterprise leaders she partners with, and critically, with their people. She enjoys bringing diverse leadership teams together to hone their business and organisational strategy, in line with their purpose and values. Importantly, Saada is known for her ability to work with leaders to embed their strategy – make it actionable and meaningful for teams to deliver.
An experienced coach, Saada loves working with people on their personal leadership journey. She has worked with countless leaders from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She brings empathy, strategic acuity and dollops of pragmatism to guide and support leaders take bigger leaps in their personal and organisational performance.
Saada holds a B.A. in Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, and recently completed a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She has also completed executive leadership programs at Melbourne Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is happily married, loves cooking with her home grown produce, exploring nature and is the mother of two lively teenagers.
